The UK's leading football skills academy.

The Rosa Academy Programme is designed to accelerate player development through advanced technical training and game-related learning. Sessions place greater emphasis on quality of execution, speed of decision-making, positional understanding, and performing effectively under pressure. Players are challenged through structured practices that promote consistency, adaptability, and the application of technical skills within realistic match scenarios.

Admission into Rosa Academy is reserved for players who demonstrate the ability, dedication, and development potential required to progress within an advanced training environment. The selection process considers technical performance, consistency, attitude, and commitment to improvement.

Entry into Rosa Academy is determined through the Rosa Sports scouting and assessment process. Players are selected based on their technical ability, performance level, attitude, and potential to progress within an advanced training environment. Selection recognises individuals who demonstrate the qualities, commitment, and standards required to undertake the demands of Academy-level development.

Rosa Academy provides a professional and structured environment designed to support the progression of aspiring players. The programme is built around discipline, commitment, and excellence, with players expected to uphold professional standards both during training and throughout their journey within the Academy.

Rosa Academy provides opportunities for selected players to progress through recognised football networks and external referral pathways. Players who demonstrate exceptional ability, consistency, and potential may be recommended for further assessment with professional clubs and relevant football organisations. These opportunities are supported by the continued monitoring and guidance provided throughout the player’s journey.
