The coaching team combines playing and player-development experience. The programme standard specifies qualified and DBS-verified coaches working in a professional, supportive environment.

The Development Centre is open to all genders and abilities aged 4+. It is designed as an engaging introduction to the Rosa Sports pathway.

Sessions focus on ball mastery, technique, creativity, confidence, coordination and decision-making through coaching, challenges and match-based activities.

All players begin at the Development Centre. Players showing consistent progress, commitment and strong technical ability may be invited to Rosa Academy; Rosa CF is the highest stage.
